Compare Meta Ads agencies

A six-agency shortlist for DTC brands choosing a partner in the Netherlands. Compare campaign ownership, creative production, and what the published fees cover.

Published by Adwave, one of the agencies compared. This is our assessment of public information, not an independent ranking or a hands-on test.

Researched . Agencies are listed alphabetically.

Compare the scope

An agency retainer, a revenue requirement and an ad budget are different numbers.

On smaller screens, scroll the table sideways. Agency names stay visible. Select a name for the full profile.

Six agencies in alphabetical order. Public information checked 9 October 2026. Agency fees are not advertising budgets. Unverified does not mean unavailable.

Start with the job you need covered

Keep a good incumbent if it already covers the job. A different service model is a reason to investigate, not proof that switching will improve results.

One team for Meta and creative

Consider Adwave if you sell physical products online and already spend €25K+ per month on Meta. Its model puts the founders and senior creative team on the same learning cycle.

Growth beyond paid social

Consider Advance Media for a DTC brief spanning Meta, Google and TikTok, with offer and margin work alongside creative production.

More video, not a new buyer

Consider EditFlow's production model if your existing buyer should keep the campaigns. Its published Q4 offer is closed, so confirm the next intake and terms rather than assuming availability.

Creative-first B2C advertising

Consider Fris Social when video and static production lead the brief. It works beyond DTC too, including automotive and lead generation.

Ads, organic social and a website

Consider Manify when you need broader marketing support. Ask for a proposal separating recurring advertising work from website and content projects.

Several paid-social channels

Consider Vetsocial if you want Meta, TikTok and Pinterest together, meet its €150K monthly revenue requirement and can commit to at least six months.

Publicly documented scope, followed by the questions that still need a proposal.

Advance Media

Official source

DTC growth across several channels

Shortlist Advance Media when you want an ecommerce partner connecting paid acquisition to your offer and unit economics. Its published model covers several channels and in-house creative rather than Meta management alone.

Coverage
Media buying on Meta, Google and TikTok, plus in-house static and UGC production. Growth work includes margins, offers and channel mix.
Entry criteria
Its homepage invites brands with €50,000–€200,000 monthly revenue. This is a stated audience, not a verified hard minimum.
Fees and terms

No numerical agency fee found on the official page checked.

Minimum term, VAT treatment and production add-ons were not verified.

Documented strengths
  • Senior account ownership and a standing creative test plan are described on its site.
  • Its scope includes contribution margin, bundles, upsells and quarterly channel planning.
Limits and unknowns
The public scope is broad, but the checked page does not quantify monthly production or disclose a numerical fee. Breadth does not tell you how much specialist time your account receives.
Before signing
Ask for channel-specific responsibilities, monthly creative deliverables and the total fee, including any email or Klaviyo work. Confirm the current budget requirements in writing.

Founder-led Meta growth for established DTC brands

Shortlist Adwave when your Meta campaigns and creative need one accountable team. The published service connects founder-led media buying with customer research and weekly creative delivery for established DTC ecommerce brands.

Coverage
Meta media buying, customer research, UGC, static and video production, with campaign data informing the next creative batch.
Entry criteria
DTC ecommerce brands selling physical consumer products and spending €25,000+ per month on Meta.
Fees and terms

Fixed monthly packages, quoted to scope. No numerical agency fee published on the service page.

Minimum term, VAT treatment and exact production quantities are not stated on the service page.

Documented strengths
  • The founders and senior creative team connect account learning with UGC, video and static production.
  • Your brand retains ownership of its ad account, data and accumulated learnings.
Limits and unknowns
Adwave is not a fit for lead-generation, local-service or B2B accounts, or brands below its €25,000 monthly Meta-spend threshold. This is a Meta-focused offer, not a substitute for a broad website or organic-social brief.
Before signing
Ask for the fixed fee, contract and notice terms, creative quantities, usage rights and any separately scoped work. Review case studies relevant to your category before deciding.

Check the scope on our Meta Ads service page, inspect actual creative work, and read client case studies. Those are Adwave's own evidence, not independent reviews.

Extra Meta-video capacity alongside your media buyer

Shortlist EditFlow's model when you already have media buying covered and need more video strategy and production. Its Q4 offer explicitly works with your existing buyer rather than taking campaign management away from them.

Coverage
Video research, concepts, scripts, creators, shoots and editing. Your media buyer retains campaign publishing and budget responsibility.
Entry criteria
The Q4 offer requires €150,000+ Meta spend in the last 30 days, a D2C brand operating for at least 12 months, shipping from the Netherlands, no dropshipping and products priced €49–€999.
Fees and terms

Q4 2026 package from €10,000 per month excluding VAT. Three-month commitment, so at least €30,000 excluding VAT for the full term.

1 October–31 December 2026. At least 50 delivered video concepts over Q4, not per month. Applications are closed; the site mentions a next round in 2027.

Documented strengths
  • The documented workflow covers research through production and can repurpose existing footage.
  • You work directly with the founders, with an agreed production mix and feedback schedule.
Limits and unknowns
The published Q4 package excludes campaign management and photo content. Its spend threshold is much higher than Adwave's, and it is not currently open for new Q4 applications. Do not treat the displayed offer as immediately bookable.
Before signing
Confirm the next intake and its actual offer. Creator costs, shoots, usage rights, production volume and final price must be specified in the proposal; the page does not establish that every expense is included in the starting fee.

Fris Social

Official source

Creative-first social advertising for B2C brands

Shortlist Fris Social when original social content is central to your brief and you want production and media buying together. Its stated client scope includes ecommerce as well as automotive and other B2C businesses.

Coverage
Ideation, creative strategy, video and static production, plus media buying and paid-social testing.
Entry criteria
B2C focus across DTC, ecommerce, automotive and lead generation. Most partners spend €15,000+ monthly on ads; this is not stated as a hard minimum.
Fees and terms

Published packages range from €2,500 to €15,000 per month, depending on goals and production needs.

VAT treatment, minimum term, exact deliverables and add-on costs are not specified in the pricing answer.

Documented strengths
  • Video and static ads, creative strategy and media buying are explicitly part of its offering.
  • The site publishes a monthly fee range and cases across several B2C categories.
Limits and unknowns
The €2,500 starting point is not a promise of the same production or campaign scope as a higher package. Its broad B2C focus also means you should request DTC evidence relevant to your products and economics.
Before signing
Ask which channels, concepts, variants, shoots and rights your package includes. Confirm whether VAT and production expenses are additional, and get the minimum term and cancellation conditions.

Manify Agency

Official source

A wider brief spanning ads, content and website work

Shortlist Manify when the work extends beyond acquisition into organic social or your website. Its public service list is broader than a specialist Meta-only engagement, which can help when several parts of your marketing need coordination.

Coverage
Online advertising, content creation, social media management and website design.
Entry criteria
No numerical eligibility requirement verified on the official homepage checked.
Fees and terms

No numerical agency fee found on the official homepage checked.

Billing basis, VAT treatment, minimum term and production add-ons were not verified.

Documented strengths
  • Its service list includes website design and social media management alongside advertising and content.
  • Client feedback hosted on Feedbax describes proactive communication and work across performance, creative and branding. That feedback is anecdotal, not audited performance evidence.
Limits and unknowns
The homepage does not make DTC spend thresholds, monthly creative output or exact channel ownership comparable with the specialist offers here. Third-party directory budget figures are not an official quote and are not used as pricing.
Before signing
Get a proposal separating media buying, content, organic social and website work. Confirm who owns each channel, which deliverables recur and what is billed as a separate project.

Integrated ecommerce creative across paid-social channels

Shortlist Vetsocial when you want a specialist paid-social team covering more than Meta. Its documented offer combines in-house creative and media buying across three channels for established ecommerce brands.

Coverage
Creative strategy, in-house static and video production, and media buying across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest.
Entry criteria
Ecommerce brands with at least €150,000 monthly revenue. This is revenue, not ad spend.
Fees and terms

No numerical management fee found on the official page. Its Social Account Audit is a paid service, with no amount stated.

Minimum six-month contract, followed by an evaluation for another term of the same length. VAT treatment and add-on costs were not verified.

Documented strengths
  • Statics and video are produced in-house alongside strategy, launches and optimisation.
  • Its FAQ states that your brand retains full ownership of the ad account and data.
Limits and unknowns
The six-month minimum is a meaningful commitment if you need a short trial. Its revenue requirement cannot be compared directly with the Meta-spend requirements used by Adwave and EditFlow.
Before signing
Confirm the fee and whether the paid audit is required or separate. Clarify the renewal and notice rules, monthly creative output and the budget split between Meta, TikTok and Pinterest.

Before you switch

A better-fitting service still needs a clear handover.

Name the gap before changing partners

Is the missing job media buying, production, customer research or coordination? If your current partner already covers it, ask for a concrete change first. This guide does not establish that any named agency is underperforming.

Read the exit and renewal terms

Confirm notice deadlines, remaining fees and who signs off on the handover. Vetsocial publishes a six-month minimum. EditFlow's listed Q4 package covers a fixed quarter. Other minimum terms were not verified, so ask rather than assume.

Keep ownership and access clear

Check who owns and administers your ad account, data sources, catalogue and creative library. Adwave and Vetsocial explicitly state that the brand retains ad-account ownership. Do not assume every agency's handover process is the same.

Agree the deliverables you can keep

Get the final exports, test history, creative briefs and reporting definitions you need. Confirm raw footage, editable files and creator usage rights separately. Access to a finished video is not proof of unlimited rights to reuse it.

Put the new scope in writing

Separate the agency fee from media spend, VAT, creator fees, shoots and any tools or website work. Define concept counts versus variants, campaign responsibility, approval deadlines and how the first production cycle will be evaluated.

No standardised migration service or guaranteed handover timeline was verified across these agencies. Use this as a due-diligence checklist, not as a promise of migration support.

Research and sources

Adwave publishes this guide and is one of the options. The shortlist covers the five agencies selected for this comparison, plus Adwave. It is not a complete directory of agencies in the Netherlands.

We read the official pages live on and compared service scope, buyer eligibility, campaign responsibility, creative production, fees and commitments. We did not test competitor services or audit their accounts, contracts or reported results.

Official pages are the source for scope and pricing, not independent proof of performance. Where an amount, tax treatment, add-on, contract term or migration process could not be verified, the guide says so. Offers can change after the research date.

We also reviewed client feedback hosted by Feedbax for Manify Agency. Some entries are attributed to Google. It supports anecdotal observations about communication and broader involvement, not a verified performance ranking.

Comparable independent review text was not verified for every agency. Pick an Agency's Vetsocial profile surfaced ratings but no individual review text. Community discussions could not be verified because Reddit blocked access. We have not inferred churn, dissatisfaction or reasons for leaving any named agency.

There are no numerical scores, comparative ROAS claims or star ratings here. An agency's own result claims use different clients and measurement contexts, so they are not a fair basis for ranking these partners.

Official pages checked

Advance Media's current page differs from older indexed copy. Eligibility and offer descriptions above use the live page, not its older budget FAQ.

Is Adwave a fit?

If you sell physical consumer products online and spend €25K+ per month on Meta, discuss whether founder-led media buying and performance creative under one team fit your growth plan.
