The Background
Somnox had worked with various agencies, but growth remained out of reach due to a lack of clear creative direction and a full-funnel strategy. Since March 2024, they've partnered with Adwave, launching a Meta campaign that led to record-breaking results in Q2 and Q3, with continued success into Q1 2025. Adwave provided full-funnel media buying, creative development, and ongoing optimization across image and video ads.
The Strategy
From the start, our focus was on building trust with Somnox’s audience. We highlighted their partnership with Dutch health insurers, shared real customer stories to show how the product fits into daily life, and used authentic UGC from actual users instead of polished ads. This made the content feel honest and relatable, helping us connect with people actively searching for better, more natural sleep solutions.
The Challenge
Somnox had worked with a few different agencies, but none were able to help them grow the way they wanted. They weren’t seeing the year-over-year results they were aiming for. What was missing was a clear creative approach and an advertising funnel that matched people at different stages in their journey. Somnox needed a fresh strategy to authentically communicate their health‑tech value proposition.
The Results
This approach delivered strong results. Sales increased by 150%, while ad spend rose by 50%, and the cost per acquisition (CPA) dropped by 30%. In January 2025, typically their busiest month, performance improved even further—sales grew by 263%, ad spend increased by 252%, and CPA dropped an additional 5%. These results confirmed that simplicity and trust can significantly drive performance, even as budgets scale.
