The Challenge
This Apple Watch body composition tracker brand was already spending $1.5k but were struggling to be first order profitable with their current ROAS of 2x on the backend. After onboarding and doing a deep dive into their ICP, account setup and brand, we quickly identified a few bottlenecks: These were a lack of trust from buyers, an inefficient creative testing setup, and low creative testing volume.
The Solution
When we started in November 2023, we began tackling these bottlenecks. This included addressing the lack of trust from buyers by incorporating social proof and PR in our creative. We also implemented a leaner account structure and increased the creative testing cadence to 2-4 concepts per week (with 5 variations each). This helped us identify multiple key benefits/pain points which customers found important. By handling the trust barrier we directly saw an impact on performance.
